Available Positions

Position 1: Engineer for Industrial Kitchen

Qualification:

• BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• Not required (0 years) – Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Special Skills:

• Good skill in AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
• Excellent selling skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Sales & Marketing Department Manager

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management.

Required Competencies:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Refined ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent analytical and qualitative skills coupled with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong managerial or supervisory ability.
• Ability to prepare reports and defend recommendations.
• Client orientation: considers all those to whom service is provided as "clients" and seeks to see things from the client's point of view.
• Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Customer handling and sales experience with excellent negotiation skills and tact.

Experience:

• Must have 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory or managerial experience.

Special Skills:

• Good command of MS Office applications.
