Position 1: Senior Coordinator, Operations – Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Travel Management: Coordinate domestic/international travel, visas, accommodation, and transport.

Event Coordination: Plan trainings, workshops, conferences, and field visits.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Source goods/services, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor databases.

Inventory & Office Administration: Track office equipment, medical supplies, IT assets, and ensure a safe workplace.

Financial Coordination & Compliance: Process payments, reconcile advances, and ensure donor compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional experience in operations, logistics, procurement, and office management within an INGO in Ethiopia.
- Strong knowledge of asset registry, store management, and HR support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred: Project management certification; ERP systems experience.
Position 2: Consultant, Field Program Implementation – Contract (July–November 2026)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop instructional design frameworks, facilitator guides, and blended learning materials.
- Coordinate with CPD centers, execute MoUs, and manage budgets.
- Track expenditures and review financial reports for accountability.
- Provide technical support to field implementers for program delivery.
- Plan and execute blended training sessions for Health Extension Workers (HEWs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in program coordination, community health, or public health programs.
- Familiarity with national and sub‑national health systems and government structures.
- Experience in capacity‑building interventions for frontline health workers.
- Strong organizational, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
