Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
Job Responsibilities
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating sales leads.
- Conducting client meetings and following up with prospective customers.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Presenting real estate properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiating offers with clients.
- Closing property sales.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Conducting sales activities related to residential and mixed-use real estate properties.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have:
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience and Compensation

| Fresh | ETB 13,500 + 3% commission |
| Intermediate: 1 to 1.5 years | ETB 17,500 + 3% commission |
| Senior Sales: 2+ years | ETB 25,788 + 3% commission |
