1. Junior Claims Officer

• Required Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Statistics
• Work Experience: No prior experience required
• Required Skills: Computer literacy
• Salary: Based on the company’s new salary scale and subject to negotiation
• Work Location: Addis Ababa

2. Claims Inspector I

• Required Qualification: Diploma in Military Science, Engineering, or Automotive Mechanics
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of total experience
• Required Skills: Computer literacy
• Additional Advantage: Professional training in insurance claims and recovery operations
• Salary: Based on the company’s new salary scale and subject to negotiation
• Work Location: Addis Ababa

3. Multi-Purpose Maintenance Technician II

• Required Qualification: College Diploma, TVET Level IV, or TVET Level III in General Mechanics or a related field
• Work Experience: At least 4 years of total experience
• Required Skills: Computer literacy
• Additional Advantage: Training in multipurpose maintenance
• Salary: Based on the company’s new salary scale and subject to negotiation
• Work Location: Addis Ababa

4. Director, Underwriting & Branch Operations Department

• Required Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Business Management, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university
• Work Experience: At least 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or supervisory positions in an insurance company
• Required Skills: Computer literacy
• Additional Advantage: A certificate of specialization in Insurance Operations from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA)
• Salary: Based on the company’s new salary scale and subject to negotiation
• Work Location: Addis Ababa
