Job Overview
The Manager – Transformation Projects Management Division will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing transformative initiatives across the Bank. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures all projects achieve intended results while adhering to timelines and budgets. The Manager will lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and implement project management best practices to support the Bank’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize, and coordinate transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project objectives and outcomes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in project management or IT-related fields are preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing complex projects.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of IT and business process management is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

  • Advanced training or certification in transformational project management.
  • Experience in banking or financial services projects.
