Education:

BA Degree / College Diploma / TVET Level 4 in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related fields
Experience:

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of microfinance business

Familiarity with banking and marketing principles

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills
Location: Wolaita Sodo, Adama
Position 2: Branch Cashier
Education:

BA Degree / College Diploma / TVET Level 4 in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or related fields
Experience:

0β2 years in a related role
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic accounting and record management

Familiarity with microfinance operations

Computer application proficiency
Location: Wolaita Sodo, Adama
Position 3: Branch Accountant I
Education:

BA Degree / College Diploma / TVET Level 4 in Accounting and Finance
Experience:

2β3 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a similar role
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of financial analysis and microfinance

Familiarity with NBE and FIC directives

Ability to generate financial reports

Proficiency in Peachtree and basic computer applications

Position 4: Senior Marketing, Planning & Business Development Officer
Education:

MA / BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:

Fund mobilization and partnership engagement

Proficiency in SPSS/STATA and project management tools
