Available Job Positions
- GBV Case WorkerEmployment Type: Full-time, Fixed-termKey Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Provide GBV case management services to survivors, including referrals and follow-up
- Develop and implement individual case management plans for GBV survivors
- Ensure regular follow-up and documentation of case plans and referral outcomes
- Coordinate with GBV and protection actors at woreda level
- Update service mapping and strengthen GBV referral pathways
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports
- Support GBV prevention awareness activities and community volunteer engagement
- Ensure confidentiality and survivor-centered approaches in all case management activities
Qualifications & Experience:- BSc degree in Midwifery, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or a related social science field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a GBV Case Worker, GBV Officer, or GBV Case Manager
- Experience in GBV prevention, response, and case management in emergency contexts
- Experience working with NGOs is an advantage
Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to apply international GBV guidelines and standards
- Strong reporting, supervision, and training skills
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
