Available Job Positions

1. GBV Case WorkerEmployment Type: Full-time, Fixed-termKey Responsibilities / Job Duties:
   • Provide GBV case management services to survivors, including referrals and follow-up
   • Develop and implement individual case management plans for GBV survivors
   • Ensure regular follow-up and documentation of case plans and referral outcomes
   • Coordinate with GBV and protection actors at woreda level
   • Update service mapping and strengthen GBV referral pathways
   • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports
   • Support GBV prevention awareness activities and community volunteer engagement
   • Ensure confidentiality and survivor-centered approaches in all case management activities
   Qualifications & Experience:
   • BSc degree in Midwifery, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or a related social science field
   • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a GBV Case Worker, GBV Officer, or GBV Case Manager
   • Experience in GBV prevention, response, and case management in emergency contexts
   • Experience working with NGOs is an advantage
   Required Skills & Competencies:
   • Strong written and verbal communication skills
   • Good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
   • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
   • Ability to apply international GBV guidelines and standards
   • Strong reporting, supervision, and training skills
   • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
