Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C. is a transformed Commercial Microfinance Institution established under proclamation No. 40/96 and revised proclamation No. 626/2009 by the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The institution provides financial and non-financial services to medium and small enterprises, as well as low-income individuals—particularly women in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Meklit Microfinance is now hiring for the following position:

Position: Junior Marketing Officer

Education & Training

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communication, or related field.

Experience

• 0 year (Fresh Graduates can apply).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong belief in teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Good understanding of participatory approaches and sustainable development.
