Metemamen Microfinance Institution S.C (MMFI) was established and licensed to operate nationwide by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) under Proclamation No. 40/96 on February 6, 2002.

MMFI provides financing for:

• Trading businesses
• Short‑term business deficits
• Fattening activities
• Purchase or rental of materials and machinery
• Completion of construction projects, including housing

Available Position

1. Junior Customer Service Officer
   • Education: BA Degree or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields.
   • Experience: 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
   • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
   • Salary: As per company scale.
