Metemamen Microfinance Institution S.C (MMFI) is hiring qualified candidates for three positions in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Junior Customer Service Officer, Cashier Secretary I, and Risk Management & Compliance Officer.

Metemamen Microfinance Institution S.C was established and licensed to operate nationwide by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) under Proclamation No. 40/96 on February 6, 2002. The institution provides financing for trading businesses, short-term business needs, fattening activities, materials and machinery purchases or rentals, and construction projects, including residential construction.

1. Junior Customer Service Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• BA or TVET Level III/IV in:
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Agribusiness
  • Related fields

Experience

• 0, 2, or 3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Cashier Secretary I

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• BA or TVET Level III/IV in Accounting or a related field.

Experience

• 1, 2, or 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Risk Management & Compliance Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting & Finance or a related field.

Experience

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
