We are now expanding our team and seeking highly motivated professionals to join us in Addis Ababa.


1. Human Resources Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Understand payroll processes and HR software
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with performance appraisal tools and methods
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures

2. Real Estate Sales Professional

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience with proven track record

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Proficient in computer applications and real estate software (CRM systems, property databases)

3. Liaison Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years in liaison-related activities

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Good English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Critical and creative thinking for strategic decision-making
  • Basic computer proficiency
