Real Estate Sales Professional

Job Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
• A demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
• Good computer skills, including experience with real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases.

Key Responsibilities

The Real Estate Sales Professional will be responsible for:

• Representing Metropolitan Real Estate professionally and with integrity while maintaining the company’s image, reputation, and credibility.
• Identifying, engaging, and converting prospective buyers through strategic sales activities.
• Promoting and selling apartment units through presentations, negotiations, and appropriate sales strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction during client interactions and sales activities.
• Submitting qualified leads, client information, and sales-related data to the company accurately and on time.
• Using market information and data to support clients in achieving their real estate investment objectives.
• Monitoring sales performance and adjusting sales approaches to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
