Position: Junior ERP Software Support Executive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user queries related to ERP system usage.
- Troubleshoot basic software errors, user issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams.
- Provide guidance and basic training to users on ERP functions.
- Support regular system checks and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Assist in basic ERP module configurations (e.g., user permissions, settings).
- Support minor updates or module setups.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., IDS, CNET).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL/database queries preferred.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
