1. Store Keeper
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations in a hospital.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and data management skills.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of stock control and safe storage procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

2. IT Support Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and networks.
- Understanding of wired and wireless networking protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus software, firewalls, and data protection.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT applications.
- Familiarity with hospital systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in network administration.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and network architecture.
- Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
- Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and data protection requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent multimedia tools.
- Experience with photography, video recording, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Knowledge of digital asset management, media archiving, and digital signage systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- CCNA, CCNP, or relevant multimedia certifications are highly preferred.
