About Mon Real Estate PLC
Mon Real Estate PLC is a fast‑growing property developer in Addis Ababa, offering residential and commercial projects tailored to modern living. The company is expanding its sales team and invites energetic, customer‑focused, and results‑driven professionals to join as Sales Consultants.
Position: Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close property sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Provide investment consultations and after‑sales service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industry.
- Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
Skills & Attributes
