1. Human Resources Officer – Kurmuk Mine Project
   • Qualification: University degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related social sciences/business field.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR or personnel administration.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Manage daily personnel administration and ensure labor compliance.
     • Execute local recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations workflows.
     • Interpret and enforce labor contracts, company policies, and procedures.
   • Skills: HR principles, employee relations, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), confidentiality, teamwork.
   • Eligibility: Ethiopian residency, bilingual proficiency in Amharic & English, willingness to work on‑site.
2. Control Room Officer – Kurmuk Mine Project
   • Qualification: University degree in Engineering, IT, Statistics, or analytical fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in control room operations, data analytics, or production tracking (mining/heavy industry preferred).
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Monitor real‑time site operations and fleet/production metrics.
     • Transform operational data into actionable dashboards and reports.
     • Relay critical alerts and dispatch updates to supervisors.
   • Skills: Advanced Excel (macros, modeling), Power BI dashboards, multitasking, communication under pressure.
   • Eligibility: Ethiopian residency, bilingual proficiency in Amharic & English, willingness to work on‑site.
