Programme Overview

Eligibility

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Economics, Management, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines

Skills: Positive, dynamic, proactive attitude; critical thinking; willingness to learn; availability for mobility.
Programme Benefits

Financial: Traineeship grant, travel allowance for mobilized employees.

Leave: 30 days annual leave for mobilized employees; 3 extra days after first year for Portugal‑based employees.

Mobility: 3 international flights per year for mobilized employees.
