1. Jr. IE Executive (Fresh Graduates)
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience:
-
0 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities:

Plan method improvement & standardization.
-
Weekly line capacity checks.
-
Conduct operator multi-skilling programs.
-
Coordinate machine layout setup before production.
-
Maintain world-class workplace standards.

2. Executive Planning
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering, or related.
Experience:

Prepare production plans & actual vs target reports.

Monitor daily production issues & WIP.

Coordinate with Merchandising & Planning teams.

Ensure smooth material delivery and record-keeping.
