Position: Audit Trainee (Fresh Graduates Only – Class of 2026)
Education & Requirements
- Fresh graduate with BA in Accounting or Accounting & Finance (2026 graduates only)
- Must have passed the National Exit Exam
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Team spirit and effective collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing)
- Disciplined, organized, open‑minded, and self‑learner
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior auditors in planning, execution, and reporting of audit engagements
- Compile, organize, and document audit files for review
- Participate in audit planning meetings and site visits
- Liaise with client accounting teams to gather financial records
- Attend inventory stocktakes to verify tangible assets
- Perform substantive testing of transactions, ledger balances, and supporting documents
- Test internal controls to ensure effectiveness and fraud prevention
- Communicate issues with Audit Senior/Manager for timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm procedures
- Build professional relationships with clients and third parties
- Focus on personal professional growth through training and education
