The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), established under Article 102 of the FDRE Constitution, is an independent body mandated to organize and oversee elections across the country. Since its inception, NEBE has conducted five national elections, two local elections, and six referendums.

Following reforms introduced in 2019 under Proclamation No. 1133/2019, NEBE continues to strengthen its institutional capacity and is now looking for qualified professionals to join its team in Addis Ababa.

   • BA/MA in Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Science, Law, Political Science, or related fields
   • 3 years (Bachelor) or 0 years (Masters) experience

2. Cyber Security Expert
   • BSc in CS, CE, SE or related fields
   • 3+ years of experience
   • Skills in network security, cryptography, malware analysis, cloud security, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
3. DevOps Engineer
