About the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE)
The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia is an independent institution established under Article 102 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Since January 2019, the Board has undergone reforms, including a reduction of its membership to five full-time members serving six-year terms.

1. Mechanic
Duty Station: NEBE Headquarters, Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
2. Senior Finance Expert
Duty Station: NEBE Headquarters, Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Master's degree holders: At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree holders: At least 8 years of relevant experience.
3. Deputy Head, Procurement Management Department
Duty Station: NEBE Headquarters, Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Economics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Work Experience
- Master's degree holders: At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
- Bachelor's degree holders: At least 9 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in procurement and contract administration-related positions is required.
