Purpose:
To design, implement, monitor, and support customer network and infrastructure environments while ensuring service reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor infrastructure performance and uptime
- Support cybersecurity controls and access management
- Provide remote troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Maintain documentation and technical reports
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure integration
Core Competencies:
- Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or Juniper technologies
- Experience with SD-WAN, monitoring tools, and virtualization platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong customer communication and service mindset
- Automation or scripting knowledge is an advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- 3+ years of enterprise networking experience preferred
