About the Organization

New Life Training & Event Center is dedicated to empowering youth through practical life skills, personal growth, and transformational training programs. This summer program will engage students and young people in structured, impactful sessions led by qualified trainers.

Position Overview

The Life Skills Trainer (Part‑Time) role involves delivering structured training sessions after completing a Training of Trainers (TOT) program. Trainers will facilitate discussions, group exercises, and monitor participant progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions.
• Participate in the Training of Trainers (TOT).
• Prepare training materials and activities.
• Facilitate group discussions and exercises.
• Monitor participant progress and submit reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in training, coaching, or youth development.
• Prior experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to attend TOT.
