📌 Available Positions
1. CCCM Project Coordinator
Location: Setit Humera (with regular field travel)
Deadline: March 14, 2026
Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
Responsibilities:
- Lead CCCM planning, implementation, and monitoring across IDP sites.
- Oversee site profiling, service mapping, and community engagement.
- Ensure accountability mechanisms and safeguarding principles.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government and humanitarian partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Sociology, Humanitarian Studies, DRM, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ CCCM/humanitarian experience, 2 years in coordination.
2. Senior Education Expert
Location: Addis Ababa (with frequent field travel)
Deadline: March 12, 2026
Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Education in Emergencies (EiE).
- Develop education policies, guidelines, and proposals.
- Conduct monitoring, reporting, and documentation of success stories.
- Lead advocacy efforts with government and donors.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ NGO experience in education/EiE.
3. CCCM Information Management Officer
Location: Setit Humera (with regular field travel)

Responsibilities:
- Manage CCCM data systems for IDP population and service monitoring.
- Conduct data cleaning, verification, and validation.
- Produce service mapping, dashboards, and information products.
- Train field staff on data collection and reporting.
- Share updated figures with clusters and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ humanitarian information management experience.
- Strong skills in Excel, data visualization, and reporting.
4. Field Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning (MERL) Officer
Location: Setit Humera (with regular field travel)

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement MEL frameworks for field projects.
- Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data.
- Conduct field visits and prepare monitoring checklists.
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and change stories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, Statistics, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ MEL experience.
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, or similar data analysis tools.
5. CCCM Outreach Social Worker

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities to identify protection concerns and service gaps.
- Facilitate community meetings, focus groups, and awareness sessions.

- Collect disaggregated data and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- BA/Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Community Development, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community outreach/protection/CCCM.
- Experience working with IDPs or vulnerable populations.
6. Cashier Accountant
Location: Setit Humera (with regular field travel)
Deadline: March 14, 2026

Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate daily cash records.
- Process payments, verify supporting documentation, and prepare checks/bank transfers.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents.
- Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and monthly closures.
- Ensure compliance with PAD’s Finance Manual, donor guidelines, and anti-fraud policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years’ experience in cash handling/accounting (NGO experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, Odoo).
- Fluency in English and Amharic; local language knowledge is an advantage.
