1. Contact Office Head
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience, including 2 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or similar role
- Job Grade: VII
- Location: Dilla

2. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience: 5 years relevant experience, including:
- 2 years as Senior Underwriting Officer or Senior Claims Officer, OR
- 1 year as Contact Office Head, OR
- 3 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II
- Job Grade: VIII
- Location: Modjo

3. Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)
- Qualification: BA in Administrative Science or related fields, OR Diploma (Level IV) with COC in Secretarial Science/Office Management/Administrative Services
