1. Secretary Cashier (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)

• Education: Diploma or Level IV with COC in:
  • Secretarial Science and Office Management
  • Administering Office & Secretarial Technology
  • Accounts and Budget Service
  • Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations
  • Secretarial Science or Secretarial Technology
• Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates can apply)
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform general secretarial tasks: typing letters, memos, emails, minutes, and reports
  • Manage phone calls and messages
  • Organize appointments and maintain updated contacts for NGOs, government, and private institutions
• Location: Addis Ababa

2. Junior Procurement Officer

• Education: Level IV / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Management, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years related experience
• Location: Addis Ababa
