Available Positions
1️⃣ Branch Manager
-
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience:
- MA: Minimum 6 years of banking experience.
- BA: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
- At least 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking role.

Duty Stations:
- Sagure Branch (Adama District)
- Digelu Branch (Adama District)
- Wukro Branch (Mekelle District)
2️⃣ District Marketing Supervisor

Education: MA/BA in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:
- MA: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- BA: Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- At least 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or equivalent.

Duty Station: Mekelle District Office
3️⃣ District IFB Business Supervisor

Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience:
- MA: Minimum 5 years banking experience.
- BA: Minimum 7 years banking experience.
- At least 2 years as Senior IFB Business Officer or equivalent.

Additional: Sharia knowledge is preferable.
