Junior Dispute Settlement Officer

Qualification: B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Digital Banking business areas, dispute settlement, or related digital banking operations.

Senior Dispute Settlement Officer

Qualification: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: 4/6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Dispute Settlement Officer or equivalent.

Location: Head Office.
Senior Payment Card Support Officer

Qualification: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience: 4/6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as a Payment Card Support Officer or equivalent in Digital Banking.

Location: Head Office.
Branch Manager

Qualification: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking role.

Location: Melka Rafu, Awebera, and Meskelegna Branches under Dire Dawa District.
