Available Positions

1. Banking Business Officer (BBO)

Qualification:
BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of banking experience
• Experience as a Junior Banking Business Officer is required

Location:
Silke Ambo Sub-Branch, Sajo Sub-Branch, or Bole Sub-Branch under Wolkite District.

2. Banking Business Manager I

Qualification:
BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of banking experience
• Including 3 years as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or equivalent

Location:
Dire Dawa District Office.

3. Customer Relationship Officer

Qualification:
BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of banking experience
• Including 2 years as an Associate Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent

Location:
Dire Dawa District Office.

4. Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer

Qualification:
BA/BSc in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of banking experience
• Including 2 years as an Associate Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer or equivalent in Resource & Strategy Management positions

Location:
Dire Dawa District Office.

5. Branch Manager I

Qualification:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• MA/MBA/MSc: At least 6 years of banking experience
• BA/BSc: At least 8 years of banking experience
• Relevant experience in banking business, branch internal control, senior banking business, or equivalent core banking positions

Location:
Silke Ambo Branch, Sajo Branch under Wolkite District, or Keziro Main Branch under Dire Dawa District.

6. District Marketing Supervisor

Qualification:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of banking experience
• Relevant experience as a Senior Marketing Officer or equivalent

Location:
Dire Dawa District Office.

7. Principal Succession & Performance Management Officer

Qualification:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of banking experience
• Relevant experience as a Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer or equivalent in Resource Management & Strategy positions

Location:
Head Office.

8. Director, Marketing and Branding Department

Qualification:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• MA/MBA/MSc: At least 11 years of banking experience
• BA/BSc: At least 13 years of banking experience
• Including 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Division Manager or equivalent

Location:
Head Office.
