Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business. The Bank commenced operations on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees and 717 shareholders, joining the industry as the sixth private bank licensed in Ethiopia.

Qualifications
- M.A / B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years should be as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking business‑related positions.
