Main Responsibilities
- Develop partnership strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Support a consistent approach to partnerships across the country and area offices.
- Build and maintain relationships with civil society organisations, private-sector organisations, academia and public authorities.
- Manage partnerships throughout the full partnership lifecycle.
- Support partner identification, selection and due diligence.
- Conduct or support partner capacity assessments.
- Support partnership agreements and compliance processes.
- Work with Specialists, Area Programme Managers, Project Managers and Finance teams on partnership-related matters.
- Strengthen partner capacity and support localisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting deadlines and NRC procedures.
- Provide strategic advice on partnership and private-sector engagement.
- Facilitate knowledge and capacity sharing.
- Support NRC's localisation objectives.
