Graduate Trainee Program VII (NISCO GTP–VII)

NISCO is recruiting 35 recent graduates from eligible academic backgrounds for its Graduate Trainee Program.

The program is intended for candidates who are motivated to learn, develop professionally, and pursue a career in the insurance sector.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have a first degree in one of the following fields or a related discipline:

• Insurance
• Management
• Marketing
• Accounting
• Economics
• Related fields

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a recent graduate from the 2018 E.C. / 2026 G.C. graduation period.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Hold a certificate confirming that they have passed the required exit examination.
• Have no previous work experience.
• Be under 25 years of age.
• Demonstrate motivation and a strong desire for professional growth.
• Be willing to participate in the training program.
• Be willing to sign the required employment/contract agreement.
