Open Positions

Position 1: Officer – Loss Prevention

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Responsibilities

• Patrol property areas and assist guests with room access
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and fire safety systems
• Conduct daily hazard inspections and respond to accidents/emergencies
• Administer first aid/CPR and contact EMS when required
• Defuse disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from property
• Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of records
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and conduct interviews
• Support team operations and comply with company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or certificate from Police University College
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as a security officer
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of safety procedures, hazard inspections, and emergency response
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, professionalism, teamwork, and guest service orientation
