1. Finance Officer

Job Summary:
The Finance Officer will manage financial records, prepare reports, and support budget planning and monitoring. The role ensures proper handling of payments, cash flow, and bank reconciliations while maintaining compliance with organizational and donor financial policies. The officer will also support audits and ensure accurate documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, preferably in NGOs or development organizations.
• Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and donor‑funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management systems.

2. Project Design and MEAL Officer

Job Summary:
The Planning, Project Design and MEAL Officer will lead project planning, proposal development, and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing logical frameworks and indicators, monitoring project performance, and preparing reports for management and donors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant NGO experience in project planning, proposal development, and MEAL.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and computer applications.
