1. Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
- Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Not required (Fresh Graduates of 2023, 2024, and 2025).
- Requirements:
- GPA: 2.75+ (males), 2.5+ (females).
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Must have passed the Exit Examination.
- Language: Proficiency in Afan Oromo mandatory; Amharic & English preferred.
- Locations: Ginir, Goro, Robe, Angetu, Haro Dumal, Duna, Werka, Agarfa.
2. Research and Publication Officer
- Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in related roles.
- Location: Head Office (Marketing & Research Dept).
3. Maintenance Technician
- Education: Diploma in General Technician, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant roles.
- Location: Head Office (Procurement & Facility Dept).
