Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and administratively to the CEO, the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance Services is responsible for:
- Conducting independent appraisals of company policies, procedures, and standards
- Providing assurance on operational, financial, material, and human resource management
- Leading risk assessments to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
- Supporting the Board and Management in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized higher learning institution
- Preferably a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
- Minimum 10 years of insurance industry experience, including 4 years in managerial positions

Job Requirement

Education: BA Degree or TVET Level IV in Auto Mechanics

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
