Patchee Food Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified and competent candidates to apply for the following six positions in Addis Ababa:

1. Quality Control Assistant

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed Grade 12 or hold a relevant certificate in Food Processing, Food Technology, Laboratory, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control in a food factory is highly preferred.
• Practical experience in a food factory, particularly in quality inspection and food safety, is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation.
• Understanding of basic quality control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality problems.
• Responsible and honest approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Focus on quality assurance and compliance.

2. Sales Representative

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed Grade 12, relevant certificate, or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Practical work experience in FMCG sales is required.
• Experience selling food products or other fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market and established customer relationships are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Patchee Foods Factory products.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, shops, and supermarkets.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Take orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Work toward achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Ensure product availability and proper product display.
• Prepare basic sales reports.

3. Junior Marketing Officer

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in events, activations, branding, social media, or promotional activities is an advantage.

4. Key Account Officer

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience.
• Relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
• Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Experience in customer relationship and key account management is an advantage.

6. Senior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge of cost management, accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, and ERP systems.
• 5–8 years of work experience.

Required Skills

• Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Desired Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
