The Ethiopia office is recruiting a People & Culture Senior Associate III to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.


Position: People & Culture – Senior Associate III

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Implementation

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with firm policies and procedures.

Employee Relations

  • Act as point of contact for HR‑related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interviews).
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs.
  • Prepare employment documentation and review contracts.

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate evaluations and compile reports for management.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision‑making.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Ethiopian labor law.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to HR functions.

Qualifications

  • BA in Management, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor law.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
