The Ethiopia office is recruiting a People & Culture Senior Associate III to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
Position: People & Culture – Senior Associate III
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Implementation
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.
- Ensure HR activities comply with firm policies and procedures.
Employee Relations
- Act as point of contact for HR‑related matters.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interviews).
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare employment documentation and review contracts.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate evaluations and compile reports for management.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain records.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision‑making.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure HR practices comply with Ethiopian labor law.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to HR functions.
Qualifications
- BA in Management, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor law.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing).
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
