1️⃣ Logistics Assistant – Warehouse & Asset

Location: Wadera – West Guji
Type of Role: Full‑time, Fixed Term
Reports To: Health and Nutrition Coordinator


2️⃣ Temporary People & Culture Assistant

Location: Gambella Program Area Field Office
Type of Role: Temporary (3 months, extendable)
Reports To: People and Culture Officer


3️⃣ Finance Assistant

Location: Gambella Program Area Field Office
Type of Role: Full‑time
Reports To: Finance Officer
Grade: B2


4️⃣ MERL Coordinator

Location: Oromia Program Area – Chiro
Type of Role: Full‑time, Fixed Term
Reports To: Project Manager
Grade: D1


5️⃣ People & Culture Coordinator

Location: Benishangul‑Gumuz – Assosa
Type of Role: Full‑time, Fixed Term
Reports To: Program Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes at Program Area level.
  • Support workforce planning, capacity development, and performance management.
  • Promote staff engagement, wellbeing, and positive employee relations.
  • Manage contracts, HR data, and ensure compliance with policies and labor law.
  • Represent the Program Area in HR coordination forums and support audits.

Qualifications:

  • First degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in senior HR roles.
  • Previous INGO/NGO experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
