Available Job Positions

  1. Principal Payment Application OfficerEmployment Type: Not specifiedKey Responsibilities / Job Duties:
    • Implement strategic direction for payment applications and related platforms
    • Design, configure, install, and integrate payment systems and applications
    • Manage P2P and Instant Payment Systems operations
    • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and relevant security standards
    • Maintain high system availability, performance, and reliability
    • Provide application support and manage incidents, interruptions, and system issues
    • Coordinate with vendors to resolve application defects and enhancements
    • Lead system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
    • Manage user access privileges and monitor access controls
    • Perform system backup, restoration, archiving, and retention procedures
    • Validate reports, monitor performance metrics, and prepare periodic reports
    • Research emerging payment technologies and support new product development
    • Train, coach, and mentor staff within the department
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer role
    • Proven experience with P2P, IPS, payment switches, payment gateways, or core banking systems
    • Strong knowledge of payment system operations, security standards, and system integration
