1. Trainee Graphics Designer

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience is required.

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software.
  • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual composition.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
  • A portfolio containing academic, personal, freelance, or previous design work is an advantage.

2. Customer Service Officer

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of banking experience as a Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or in an equivalent position.

3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of banking experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or in an equivalent position.

6. Retail & MSME Officer III

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience at Officer level.
  • Experience preparing reports using different Excel formats is preferable.

7. Grade I Branch Manager

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or in an equivalent position.

9. Senior Human Resource Management Officer

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent management, HR operations, HR Transaction Officer, or an equivalent position.

Location: Head Office

10. Principal I, Private Customer Relationship Management

Qualification:

  • BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior Institution & Diaspora Customer Relationship Officer, or in an equivalent role.
