Available Job Positions
1. Junior Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Head Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma from a recognized TVET Level IV program in Office Management, Records Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative assistance, secretarial work, filing, records management, office administration, document control, clerical support, or related roles.
2. Senior, Human Capital Management Officer
Job Location: Head Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of work experience, including 2 years in talent management, HR operations, HR Transaction Officer roles, or equivalent positions.
3. Grade I Branch Manager
Job Locations: Kenteri, Ayertena, Ehilberenda, Adama, and Asella
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operations Manager, or in an equivalent position.
