Available Positions
1. Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in banking as Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent.
- Vacancies: 50
- Duty Stations: Multiple branches nationwide.
2. Branch Accountant
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking, including at least 1 year as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent.
- Vacancies: 12
- Duty Stations: Bole Jafer (Michael), Adama, Ayertena, Dubi Tera, Gofa (Mebrat Hayl), Angetu, Halaba, Hawassa, Jijiga, Kobo, Mechara.
3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking, including at least 1 year as Cashier, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent.
- Vacancies: 10
- Duty Stations: Alem Bank, Ayertena, Dubai-Tera (Mercato), Girar (Kara), Kenteri, Bole Bulbula, Bedele, Mizan Aman, Mechara, Delomena, Moyale, Dila, Chora.
4. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, including at least 3 years as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent.
- Vacancies: 8
- Duty Stations: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Tepi.
