Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Loan Analysis and Relationship Officer
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Not required (one year of relevant experience in the finance industry is advantageous)
- Purpose: Identify loan customers, process credit requests, follow up on loan fulfillment, and manage collections and repayments to improve asset quality.

Position 2: Junior IT Auditor
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Purpose: Appraise and evaluate information system activities to support management decision‑making and address IT‑related risks.
- Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Branch Expansion and Performance Officer
- Employment Type: Full‑time
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Purpose: Identify, develop, and open new branches while monitoring the performance of existing ones.
