Open Positions

Role 1: Director, Capital Management and Investor Relations

Employment Type: Full‑time
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Responsibilities

  • Lead capital management and investor relations functions.
  • Oversee share administration and capital market activities.
  • Manage departmental operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum first degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 10 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years as a department manager in capital market, share administration, or equivalent.

Role 2: Manager, General Accounts and Reconciliation

Employment Type: Full‑time
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Responsibilities

  • Manage general accounts and reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee financial reporting and operational payments.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum first degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 7 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years as Team Leader/Senior in financial reporting, general accounts & reconciliation, operational payments, or equivalent.
