Available Positions

  1. Customer Service Officer
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking as Customer Service Officer, Junior Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent.
    • Duty Stations: Jimma • Gesha • Dedo • Yebu • Shabe • Dire Dawa.
  2. Branch Accountant
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, including 1 year as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent.
    • Duty Stations: Yebu • Agaro.
  3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, including 1 year as Cashier, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent.
    • Duty Stations: Jimma • Gesha • Dedo • Yebu • Shabe • Dire Dawa • Agaro.
  4. Branch Manager I
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including 3 years as Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent.
    • Duty Stations: Shabe • Gesha • Dedo.
