Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for duties including:
- Paying cash for transactions within the assigned limit.
- Serving customers at the counter professionally and respectfully.
- Processing customer account openings and supporting cross-selling of bank products.
- Scanning customer and authorized staff signatures and photographs.
- Receiving cash from different types of branch transactions.
- Posting business transactions.
- Preparing cash and non-cash tickets and instruments.
- Processing the clearance of negotiable instruments.
- Collecting and delivering cash to and from the Till Administrator.
- Receiving and paying cash after proper customer identification, verification, and transaction posting.
- Processing account opening and closing, Standing Orders, amendments, refunds, and revokes.
