Job Description

We are looking for Motivated and Results-Driven Sales Representatives to join our real estate sales team.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 months - 1 Year of Sales Experience.
● Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Customer-focused and confident in dealing with clients
Willingness to work with targets and follow up with prospects
● Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving sales results.

Responsibilities:

● Generate and follow up with potential customers
● Present and explain our apartment products to clients
● Conduct client appointments and site visits
● Maintain an active sales pipeline
Negotiate with customers and close sales
● Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
