Available Job Positions
1. Regional Director
Vacancy Number: HO-EXT/00024/26
Location: Bahir Dar Town, North West Region
The Regional Director will lead regional banking operations, oversee branch performance, support business development, and strengthen operational efficiency across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional branch planning, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee branch opening activities, credit processing, property evaluation, and area office support services.
- Identify customer needs through branch feedback and coordinate with the Deputy Chief Regional Operation Office and product development team to support suitable banking products.
- Assess regional performance challenges and recommend strategies for business growth.
- Identify, develop, deploy, and retain staff through effective talent management.
- Support the achievement of regional business and operational objectives.
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Management or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 12 years of banking experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior Branch Manager position.
Additional Requirements
- Mandatory training and courses in banking operations, including domestic banking, credit, and international banking operations.
- Mandatory leadership training and courses.
2. Relationship Managers I, II, and III
Vacancy Number: HO-EXT/00025/26
Location: Addis Ababa
The Relationship Managers will develop and manage customer relationships, drive deposit and loan growth, promote corporate banking products, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract, develop, and manage financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets.
- Promote and sell Corporate Banking Unit products within assigned business sectors.
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Identify and acquire new customers and generate additional business from existing clients.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the achievement of assigned banking targets.
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in a business-related discipline.
Work Experience
- At least 8 years of banking sector experience.
- Relevant banking experience, preferably involving affluent and high-net-worth clients.
