1. Afaan Oromoo-Speaking Call Agents
20 Vacancies
Language Requirements:
- Must be a native Afaan Oromoo speaker.
- Must be fluent in Amharic for effective communication with the team.
Education:
- Grade 12 completion; or
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree.
2. Tigrigna-Speaking Call Agents
10 Vacancies
Language Requirements:
- Must be a native Tigrigna speaker.
- Must be fluent in Amharic for effective communication with the team.
Education:
- Grade 12 completion; or
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree.
General Requirements (Both Positions)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and professional communication with respondents.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound telephone calls to respondents.
- Collecting information by completing questionnaires over the phone.
- Communicating professionally and accurately with respondents.
Employment Details and Working Conditions
- Work Arrangement: Remote.
- Contract Duration: 1.5 months.
- Employment Type: Contract-based.
Important Notice: Although the positions are remote, selected agents must report to the office for initial training and whenever requested by their supervisor for meetings, communication, or other work-related purposes.
